Fetch UAN Document XML from DigiLocker

Fetches the user's UAN (Universal Account Number) document from DigiLocker and returns it as an XML file. Requires a valid reference key obtained from /digilocker/get_reference. Use this endpoint after the user has completed the DigiLocker flow and consented to share their UAN document.
